You may request account closure at any time by contacting pkr775 support. pkr775 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance after deducting any outstanding obligations, including unsettled bets. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met applicable wagering requirements. pkr775 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pkr775 reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC has not been completed or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes during operational hours, subject to verification requirements.
Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable — only real-money winnings generated after satisfying wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
